We started with one property in Port Charlotte and a passion for sharing the boating lifestyle with vacationers. Today, we offer multiple waterfront homes across Port Charlotte and Cape Coral — each one thoughtfully furnished, meticulously maintained, and equipped with a boat ready to go.
